We spend a lot of time talking about enabling work within agile teams, but in this talk we will examine the interfaces *between* those teams, and look at how those interfaces must evolve as the parent organisation grows and evolves. We’ll dive into the details of both some communication and technical interfaces, and look at what keeps them working effectively. You will hear about some common patterns of evolution as a company grows, and how to stay ahead of the curve in keeping your teams motivated and effective.
